Dan was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2005 and has been practising with the firm as an associate since that time. He was admitted to partnership in 2014. He has a varied general practice with special interests in civil litigation, insurance and family law. He received a B.Sc. from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia and a LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick where he received a Certificate for Achievement in Legal History.
He has conducted legal research and writing for the Pro Bono Society of Canada. He is a volunteer with the Canadian Bar Association having served on the executive of our local branch and as civil litigation section chair. His hobbies include singing, guitar, song writing and recording and hockey.
