Kelly is a partner at Curtis Dawe. She has over 15 years of legal experience in a range of practice areas and provides advice to clients across multiple sectors.  She completed a B.A. from Memorial
University of Newfoundland in 2002 and an LL.B from the University of New Brunswick
in 2005.  She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.

 Kelly practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation with a focus on insurance and medical malpractice defence, construction law and procurement. She has appeared before all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador and numerous administrative tribunals.
