Professional Experience:

Nicole is joining the firm as an Articling Student in the Summer of 2024 and anticipates being called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in June 2025. Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts (2016) and Bachelor of Education (2017) from Memorial University and her Master of Arts (2020) from Toronto Metropolitan University and York University. Nicole is set to graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in spring 2024.

Nicole has a special interest in Family Law, Wills and Estates, Media and Privacy, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Employment Law. When attending to clients’  needs and resolving disputes, Nicole takes a compassionate and thorough approach to provide exceptional service.
Throughout her law school career, Nicole acted as Co-Editor in Chief of Schulich School of Law’s newspaper and served on the Board of Directors of the Law Students Society. Nicole also completed a certificate in International Law from Queen’s University with field students at the United Nations, the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva.
Outside the Firm:

Outside of the firm, Nicole enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and snowshoeing, delving into a good book and discovering new recipes.
Awards and Recognition:
As a student Nicole was awarded the George Burris Award and the Honourable John C. Crosbie Weldon Tradition Scholarship in Law.
