Tim is a partner at Curtis Dawe. He received a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2012 and a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2015. He was called to the Bar of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2016.

Tim currently practices in a wide variety of areas of law with special interests in Insurance Law, Employment Law, Construction Law, Personal Injury Law, and Civil Litigation. He regularly acts on behalf of national insurers in defending personal injury and property damage claims, and also pursues their interests through subrogation. In addition to his Insurance Law practice, Tim advises both employers and employees on legal problems that arise in the workplace, and acts on behalf of corporations and individuals involved in both sides of Civil Litigation.
